Quickly and Easily transpose sheet music from one key to another accurately.
I play guitar and often when playing in a group and learning new songs we have
the sheet music but have to change the key to make it easier to sing. Before,
this was a hassle and we didn't always get all the chords transposed accurately,
but with the Key Transposer Computer it is quick, easy and we get all the chords rights.
All you do is set the inner circle to the From Key and line it up with the To
Key outer circle and read the From/To chords as the sheet music shows. Example:
If the sheet music shows the song written in the key of E and you want to
transpose it to the key of G, you would set the inner circle E to line up with
the outer circle G. The song on the sheet starts with an E chord so this becomes
a G chord, the next chord is a C# minor on the sheet so we find C# on the inner
circle and read the outer circle of E, so the C# minor becomes E minor and so on.
It is really easy to use.
Often, especially guitar players, play by ear and don't read music. When playing
any song it is always easier if the ear player knows what key the song is in.
The key notation on the sheet music is a group of sharps and flats that tell
what key the song is in. On the reverse side of the Key Transposer
Computerit tells what
notation refers to what key; very handy.
